Ousmane Dembele repeats who’s the best player of all time after PSG’s win over Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami

PSG defeated Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami and, once qualification was secured, Ousmane Dembele once again stated who he believes is the greatest player of all time.

PSG delivered a football masterclass in one of the Round of 16 matches of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, thrashing Lionel Messi‘s Inter Miami 4–0. Ousmane Dembele, one of the team’s standout players, came on in the final minutes of the match and, once it was over, he again spoke about who he believes is the greatest player of all time.

It couldn’t have been any other way — and the GOAT, according to him, was playing for the opposing team. He had said it months ago and repeated it once again through his social media. The French national team forward insists that Messi is still the greatest of all time.

Through his official X account (formerly Twitter), and with a photo of them exchanging jerseys accompanied by a heartfelt message to his colleague, Dembele sent his best wishes to the Herons’ number 10.

How great to see you again Leo, the greatest of all time… I hope you keep making history with @InterMiamiCF as in this Club World Cup,” he said via @dembouz.
