The goal is almost achieved.
After Senegal’s win over South Sudan on October 10, the coach of the Senegalese national team shared his thoughts. Pape Thiaw stated that the aim was to secure three points, with a crucial match ahead at home.
“We managed to take the three points against a South Sudan team that challenged us in the first half; we adjusted our game in the second half and won. This victory keeps us in contention since DR Congo also secured a win. We have another important match at home,” said Senegal coach Pape Thiaw.
