Singida Black Stars are reportedly interested in appointing the Congolese coach Papy Kimoto Okitankoyi as their new head coach.
Discussions are currently taking place to bring Okitankoyi to Tanzania. The Tanzanian Premier League club aims to have the former Maniema Union coach lead its first team. Singida Black Stars have turned to Okitankoyi after unsuccessful negotiations with Guy Bukasa.
If the talks succeed, this will be Okitankoyi’s first time coaching in Tanzania. The 49-year-old has a wealth of experience, having managed various clubs in the DR Congo.
