Manchester City is now in fourth place in the UEFA Champions League rankings following their 2-1 victory over Real Madrid. However, Pep Guardiola does not consider his team among the favorites to win the tournament—at least not yet.
“We are not ready. We are far from it. By February, we will be better. We have had matches like this before where we played well but lost. The players put in a great effort, but we still have a lot to improve,” he stated in an interview with TNT Sports.
