Real Madrid‘s president, Florentino Perez, has reportedly turned down the chance to sign a major player. According to Transfer News Live, citing a report from Defensa Central, the head of the Madrid club has ruled out a move for midfielder Rodri.
Perez is said to believe that Rodri’s high price tag cannot be justified, particularly given the player’s recent injury issues.

The respected portal Transfermarkt currently values the 29-year-old Rodri at €110 million. The midfielder’s existing contract with Manchester City runs until mid-2027.
