Bayern are winless in their last two Bundesliga games, losing 3-2 to Bochum at the Allianz Arena and drawing 1-1 at Union Berlin.

The loss to Bochum was Bayern’s first home defeat in the Bundesliga this season. On the plus side, however, Bayern have scored at least two goals in each of their last 11 home games in the competition.

The win over Hoffenheim was St Pauli’s first in seven Bundesliga matches (W1 D2 L4). After six games without a win, St Pauli finally tasted the sweetness of victory.

St Pauli are winless in their last three away games in the Bundesliga, losing 2-0 to RB Leipzig and Mainz and drawing 1-1 with Wolfsburg.

In their first meeting of the season, on Matchday 10, Bayern narrowly won 1-0 at St. Pauli thanks to a Jamal Musiala strike. This time around, the Bavarians will be aiming for victory at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern have won their last five meetings with St. Pauli in all competitions, with three of those wins coming by keeping a clean sheet.
