PSG, OL, and Rennes Drop Rankings in Global Youth Academy Standings

French training centers are well-regarded in the football world. However, the Football Observatory (CIES) recently released a report on the top 100 best training clubs from the past year.

This ranking was created “based on a training index that considers the number of players trained, the level of clubs they played for last year, and the number of official minutes played during that time.” According to the report, the highest-ranked French club, Paris Saint-Germain, comes in at 19th place. Olympique Lyonnais is at 34th, while Rennes is at 44th.
