PSG Players Experience a Scary Incident During Their Flight

On Wednesday evening, Paris Saint-Germain will face Athletic Bilbao in the 6th round of the Champions League. Coach Luis Enrique will be without Ousmane Dembélé, Lucas Chevalier, Achraf Hakimi, and Lucas Beraldo for this match. The team arrived in Bilbao this afternoon, but RMC Sport reports that they had a rather unsettling experience during their flight.

The report states that PSG’s flight took off at 11:14 AM and the entire club was warned of severe turbulence expected upon arrival in the Basque Country. And it indeed lived up to the warning. “The Paris plane encountered significant turbulence, forcing the pilot to position the aircraft sideways as it approached the runway. He then straightened the plane and accelerated just before landing,” noted RMC Sport. It’s clear that the Paris squad will remember this flight to Bilbao.
