Rangers will play against Motherwell at Ibrox this Saturday as the visiting team looks to continue their good form.
The teams are close in the Scottish Premiership standings, with Rangers in fourth place at 29 points and Motherwell in third with 30 points. Rangers have one game in hand.
Motherwell aims to extend their unbeaten streak to eight matches and secure a seventh consecutive clean sheet.
Rangers manager Danny Rohl is managing several injury concerns ahead of the match. Striker Oliver Antman has been out for five games due to a muscle issue but is showing signs of recovery and may return soon. Winger Nedim Bajrami is also sidelined with a recent muscle injury, but Rohl is optimistic he could be back soon.
Derek Cornelius may be out for an extended period, potentially until February 2026, according to the manager. There is a positive update regarding John Souttar, who has started partial training after his layoff, but his return to the starting lineup looks uncertain.
Midfielder Nasser Djiga is with Burkina Faso at the Africa Cup of Nations and will not participate. Bailey Rice and Rabbi Matondo are also expected to miss the match, likely returning in early January at the earliest.
Possible starting XI for Rangers: Butland; Sterling, Fernandez, Tavernier; Barron, Aarons, Raskin, Diomande, Meghoma, Miovski; Moore.
The match will begin at 3pm BST on Saturday, December 27th.
In the UK, the Rangers vs Motherwell game on December 27, 2025, will not be available to watch live on television or major streaming platforms.
