Rangers will face Queen’s Park at Ibrox on Sunday in the fifth round of the Scottish Gas Men’s Scottish Cup.

Queen’s Park, who play in the Championship, got a chance to compete again after Stranraer was disqualified for using an ineligible player. This sets the stage for a rematch of last season’s surprising upset by Queen’s Park at the same venue.

Rangers team news

Rangers will again be missing midfielder Connor Barron, who is out for about eight to twelve weeks due to knee ligament damage from a game against Aberdeen earlier this January.

Bailey Rice is also unavailable as he recovers from a muscle injury and will not be participating in this match.

Head coach Danny Rohl is expected to make some changes, with reserve goalkeeper Liam Kelly, full-back Max Aarons, and midfielder Nedim Bajrami likely to start against the second-tier team.

Possible Rangers starting XI: Kelly; Aarons, Djiga, Souttar, Meghoma; Chukwuani, Bajrami; Gassama, Naderi, Moore; Chermiti

When will the match kick off?
