Details: Today, the official website and Instagram page of Italian club Pisa announced the signing of 39-year-old Spanish defender Raúl Albiol.
The contract is for one year, with Albiol joining Pisa as a free agent.
Before this, Albiol played for Villarreal, having moved there after leaving Napoli in 2019.
Throughout his notable career, he has played for teams like Valencia, Getafe, Real Madrid, and Napoli. Albiol has also represented the Spanish national team 58 times.
Last season, he made 17 appearances for Villarreal but did not score.
