Real Madrid forward Rodrygo has acknowledged that their rivals Barcelona currently seem to be in a better position.
Last season, Real Madrid lost to Barcelona in all four “El Clásico” matches, with the final scores being 0-4, 2-5, 2-3, and 3-4.
“It’s better to forget about last season. We know we weren’t at our best. We felt uncomfortable playing against them. A year before that, it was the opposite – we won all four head-to-head matches. We have to admit that Barcelona is in better form right now. They have a strong team and more confidence. But we also have an excellent squad,” Rodrygo stated in an interview with AS.
Real Madrid and Barcelona are set to play their next match in Madrid on Sunday, October 26.
