The New York Red Bulls have announced the signing of Justin Che, a former defender for FC Dallas.
Che, 21, joins from Brøndby IF in the Danish Superliga and is contracted until 2028, with an option for 2029.
He started his professional career as a homegrown player in Dallas and played 15 MLS matches in 2021.
“Justin is a versatile player with experience in both Europe and MLS. We are excited to have him on our team,” said Julian de Guzman, head of sport for NYRB. “He is a young player who will bring energy, and we look forward to integrating him into our squad soon.”
Before joining Brøndby in 2023, Che was loaned to German teams Bayern Munich and TSG Hoffenheim. In 2025, he was on loan to Belgian club Patro Eisden.
“Justin is a smart defender with excellent speed, and he will strengthen our backline for the upcoming season,” said Red Bulls head coach Michael Bradley. “He has played extensively across Europe and will be a valuable addition to our roster as we pursue our objectives.”
