Robert Lewandowski is at a pivotal moment in his career. At 37 years old and in the final season of his contract with FC Barcelona, the striker is still enjoying football but knows he must soon make decisions about his future. In an interview with TVP Sport, he shared that he is thoughtfully considering the next steps in his career and plans to announce his decision soon. “I will soon be ready to decide which path I want to take and explore my options,” he said, adding that he feels no particular pressure: “I am calm. I don’t know where I will be or what I will want to do in a few months. I don’t have to rush, and I’m not in a hurry.”
The Polish international also reflected on his move to Barcelona in 2022, highlighting the cultural impact of living in Catalonia and the energy he derives from a young squad. “Moving to Barcelona and living in a different culture has changed me. (…) Seeing so many 18-year-olds at Barça gives me an energy boost. I feel very good among them… Some treat me like a father, which is curious but very positive,” shared the former Bayern Munich player.
