Cristiano Ronaldo has arrived in Portugal for the World Cup 2026 qualifying matches. He is currently in Lisbon and shared a recent photo on his Instagram.
The photo was taken at the Lisboa Racket Centre, a tennis club he frequently visits when in Portugal. He added a house emoji to the post.
At the tennis club, Ronaldo enjoys playing padel tennis, a sport he likes outside of football.
During this international break, he and the Portuguese national team have two away matches. On September 6, they will play against Armenia, followed by a match against Hungary on September 9. Ireland is also in Portugal’s qualifying group.
In June, the Portuguese national team won the Nations League title for the second time. They defeated Spain in a penalty shootout in the final.
