Liam Rosenior has confirmed that Cole Palmer is set to rejoin the Chelsea starting lineup this week.

Palmer made an impactful appearance off the bench, assisting two goals in Chelsea’s 3-2 victory over Napoli in the Champions League on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old’s return is a positive sign for Chelsea after a challenging season marked by injuries to his toe, groin, and thigh. Rosenior believes the England international has moved past these setbacks.

As they prepare for the match against West Ham, Rosenior indicated that Palmer is ready to start.

“He performed well with two assists,” the Chelsea coach stated during his pre-match press conference. “He is in good shape and we want him to play the full 90 minutes.”

“He’s available to start tomorrow, and I’m very pleased about that.”

“When a player like him is at their best, they truly shine.”
