Salah Honored with Special Gift from Burkina Faso Representative Following World Cup 2026 Qualifier

After their match, the Burkina Faso team showed sportsmanship by presenting a special gift to Egypt’s leader and captain, Mohamed Salah.

Salah received a painting of himself in his Liverpool kit, which was shared on the official Instagram account of the Egyptian national team.

He appreciated the thoughtful gift and expressed his thanks.

The match ended in a 0-0 draw, allowing Egypt to maintain a five-point lead over Burkina Faso with only two rounds left in the qualification stage.

Egypt can qualify for the World Cup in October. They need just two points from their upcoming matches against Djibouti and Guinea-Bissau.
