Sérgio Conceição Takes the Helm as Al-Ittihad’s New Head Coach

Sérgio Conceição has been appointed as the head coach of Saudi club Al-Ittihad. He replaces Laurent Blanc, who was recently let go from his position.

Details: Conceição has agreed to a two-year deal with the club.

In his introduction video, he stated:

“Victory is not a choice, it is our identity… I have come to build glory together with Al-Ittihad.”

Reminder: Conceição has previously managed notable clubs like Porto in Portugal and Milan in Italy.
