Wilson will join Spurs on loan with an option to buy and is set to play for the under-21s team.
The 18-year-old made history as Scotland’s youngest international debutant last March, breaking a record that had stood for 138 years.
He has made 45 appearances for Hearts, scoring five goals, though he has played only 78 minutes in the Scottish league this season.
