The new UEFA Champions League season is about to start with the first round of the League Stage, and ahead of this, the location for the 2027 final has been announced.
Details: According to COPE, the final of Europe’s top club competition will be held in Madrid at Atlético’s Wanda Metropolitano. The official announcement is expected on Thursday, September 11, after a UEFA meeting.
The Madrid stadium previously hosted a Champions League final in 2019, where Liverpool defeated Tottenham 2–0.
In addition, the 2026 final is scheduled for May 30 at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest.
