Kannur: Aiming for the Super League Kerala title, Kannur Warriors FC has signed winger A. Arshad to strengthen their attack. Arshad is a versatile player who is skilled at playing on both the left and right wings.
During the 2024-25 season, he played for Devagiri St. Joseph’s College in the Kerala Premier League, scoring four goals and making three assists. He was also named the best player in two matches. In 2023, Arshad was the top scorer in the Reliance South Zone Youth Championship with five goals, leading Devagiri College to the title.
From 2021 to 2023, he played for Luca Soccer Club in tournaments like the Kerala Premier League, Youth Soccer League, and the KFA U-14 District League.
In 2022, Luca Soccer Club became champions in the Youth Soccer League, with Arshad finishing as the top scorer of the championship. He started his football career at the Luca Soccer Academy. His ability to both create scoring chances and score goals sets him apart from other wingers. Arshad hails from Melangadi, Kondotty in the Malappuram district.
