Footem.in – AC Milan has received a response from Véronique Rabiot, Adrien Rabiot’s agent and mother, after making an approach a few days ago. Contact has now been initiated, opening the possibility of a transfer before the window closes.
Ardon Jashari’s injury has prompted Milan to consider adding depth to their midfield. The situation is further complicated by Yunus Musah’s impending move to Atalanta.
Consequently, Adrien Rabiot’s name has emerged on Milan’s radar, especially since the player is reportedly a specific request from Massimiliano Allegri.
The Rossoneri inquired about Rabiot’s situation a few days ago. Now, a response has arrived from the player’s camp, suggesting negotiations are possible.
While formal talks are yet to take place, the likelihood of a transfer appears more plausible than it did just days ago.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, further contact will be made today to assess the feasibility of the transfer.
Marseille are reportedly holding out for a fee of around €15 million, a figure Milan considers too high. Furthermore, an agreement on wages must be reached before a transfer can materialize.
Rabiot’s relationship with Marseille has reportedly not improved, and with the transfer window nearing its end, the situation could change rapidly.
Meanwhile, Yunus Musah is awaiting Allegri’s approval to join Atalanta. He is expected to move on an initial loan deal and is ready to join Bergamo once official clearance is given.
