Tigres is considering one last attacking player before the summer transfer window closes in Mexico, according to Récord. One potential target is Dutch winger Javairo Dilrosun, who is under contract with Club América after returning from a loan at Los Angeles FC in MLS.
Dilrosun is not currently in coach André Jardine’s plans and is listed with América’s U-21 team, which opens up the possibility for a move this season. His playing style could add speed and creativity to Tigres’ attack as they aim to bolster their squad for the Apertura 2025 season.
Head coach Guido Pizarro commented on the ongoing discussions without mentioning Dilrosun directly. He indicated the board is collaborating with the staff to make the best choices before the deadline. “There are many names. We will see the solutions in these 10 days. If nothing happens, I’m very satisfied with the squad we have,” he stated.
The Monterrey club has not dismissed the idea of more signings but is confident in its current team. The final decision to acquire Dilrosun will depend on negotiations with América and what role the Mexico City club envisions for the 26-year-old winger.
