Tottenham Hotspur hosts Borussia Dortmund tonight, looking to overcome their recent league challenges and achieve their fourth consecutive Champions League home win.

Head coach Thomas Frank is in a critical phase at the club, with reports of serious discussions among board members following recent losses.

Despite these challenges, Spurs are in a solid position in the Champions League, sitting 11th and maintaining an unbeaten streak at home in European matches since 2020.

However, a significant wave of injuries means Frank will have to field a limited squad for this important match.

Thomas Frank faces the task of managing perhaps the smallest squad in the tournament, with as many as 14 players potentially sidelined.

Ben Davies is the latest to join the injury list with a fractured ankle, alongside James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur, Mohammed Kudus, João Palhinha, and Richarlison.

Additionally, Micky van de Ven is suspended, while Pape Matar Sarr is unavailable due to his participation in the AFCON final.

Notably, Frank has made the decision to register Dominic Solanke for the Champions League squad instead of Mathys Tel, making Tel ineligible for this stage.

As a result, Solanke is set to lead the attack on his return. He is likely to be supported by Wilson Odobert, Xavi Simons, and Randal Kolo Muani.

With injuries affecting the midfield, Frank has little choice but to include young players Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall in a makeshift setup.
