Following this match, Tottenham will continue their Asian tour with a friendly against Newcastle at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on Sunday (3 August) at 18:00 WIB.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have officially concluded their pre-season tour of Asia, and Martin Ødegaard and his teammates will next host Villarreal in a friendly match at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday (7 August) at 5:00 IST

Arsenal took the initiative to attack first through a shot released by Martin Odegaard but still could not penetrate Tottenham’s goal.

Tottenham turned the corner around and threatened with a Pedro Porro corner that found Richarlison, but William Saliba was able to clear it.

Richarlison had a chance to take the lead first, this time after he managed to get a shot off target and went wide of David Raya’s goal.

Thomas Frank’s squad finally managed to get the lead first through a goal scored by Pape Matar Sarr from long range so that the score changed to 1-0 in the 45th minute.

Entering the second half, Arsenal again took the initiative to attack and made several threats through efforts made by Odegaard and Gabriel Martinelli, but none of them produced results.

Tottenham turned the game around with a header from Micky Van de Ven, but the ball went wide of Arsenal’s goal.

In the remaining time, Arsenal continued to pound Tottenham’s defense and Mikel Arteta gave debuts to new recruits Cristhian Mosquera and Viktor Gyokeres, but until the final whistle sounded the score remained 1-0 for The Lilywhites’ victory..
