U20 World Cup: Meet the African Teams that Made the Cut

Three African teams, Morocco, Nigeria, and South Africa, have secured their spot in the U20 World Cup in Chile.

The tournament is ongoing, and African teams are showing strong performances. Out of the four African nations in the competition, only Egypt did not move past the round of 16, getting eliminated at the group stage.

Nigeria wrapped up the group stage in third place with four points. They secured their spot as one of the best third-placed teams after a crucial 1-1 draw against Colombia. Nigeria will face Argentina on Wednesday, October 8. The round of 16 matches will be held in Santiago, Rancagua, Valparaíso, and Talca.
