Vinicius Junior from Real Madrid took some time to relax at home during the 2025 Ballon d’Or ceremony. He shared his recovery routine on Instagram, showing how he unwinds after hard training and games.
In his post, he included two photos: one of him in what looks like an ice bath and another of him in a sauna. This routine likely helps him recover after intense workouts.
It should be noted that, like his teammates, Vinicius did not attend the Ballon d’Or event in Paris. This decision stems from last year’s issue when Madrid’s management protested after Rodri from Manchester City, not the Brazilian, was awarded. Consequently, no Real Madrid players went to the ceremony last year.
This year, Vinicius ranked 16th in the voting, while Rodri didn’t make the shortlist due to missing most of the previous season with an injury.
