Vinicius Junior from Real Madrid was not selected by Carlo Ancelotti for Brazil’s September qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. Despite this, he continues to train with his club and recently shared a photo from a training session on his Instagram story.
In the post, Vinicius shared a photo originally taken by Alvaro Carreras, Real Madrid’s new player from Benfica. The image also included Eder Militão, who was also excluded from Brazil’s squad. Carreras is yet to make his debut for Spain’s national team.
The three players, all wearing Real Madrid training gear and smiling, were engaged in their training at the club’s facility, unaffected by the ongoing international break.
Brazil has already qualified for the 2026 World Cup, while Spain is preparing to begin its qualifying matches against Georgia, Turkey, and Bulgaria.
