Why will Doue not be available for France?

Consequently, many top talents born after January 1, 2005, are staying with their clubs instead of heading to Chile.
Desire Doue (20 years old, four senior caps) is currently injured, and Warren Zaire-Emery (19 years old, seven senior caps) remains with PSG under coach Luis Enrique. They are not the only absentees that weaken Diomede’s squad.
France is also missing other promising players from major European clubs.
