Jean-Philippe Krasso, the Ivorian centre-forward, has been facing persistent pain due to a knee injury, leading to a significant setback for both him and Paris FC. Despite the conclusion of the Ligue 1 season, the situation remains challenging for the Ivorian international.
Last week, Krasso travelled to Lyon to seek medical evaluation for the ongoing discomfort in his knee. However, the consultation resulted in him undergoing surgery, as reported by L’Équipe.
The surgical procedure occurred on Monday, May 18, although details regarding the extent of Krasso’s recovery and the duration of his absence remain unclear. Additionally, the striker has not been included in Emerse Fae’s squad for the upcoming World Cup to be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
