Burkina Faso is preparing for a series of international friendlies in June, scheduled to face Russia and Belarus on the 5th and 9th, respectively. Coach Amir Abdou has announced a squad of 25 players who will participate in this upcoming tournament.
The squad is divided into four categories: goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. The goalkeeping department includes Herve KOFFI, Kilian NIKIEMA, and Hillel KONATE.
The defenders selected are Nasser Yacouba DJIGA, Edmond TAPSOBA, Adamo NAGALO, Arsène KOUASSI, Mohamed OUEDRAOGO, Saïdou SIMPORE, Cyrille DAO, Arthur ZAGRE, and Hanaby Hadalou SAGNE. In the midfield, Mohamed ZOUGRANA, Gustavo SANGARE, Ismahila OUEDRAOGO, Lohann DOUCET, and Aboubacar BASSINGA will represent the team.
Completing the squad, the forwards include Dango OUATTARA, Ousseni BOUDA, Pierre Landry KABORE, Georgi MINOUNGOU, Cyriaque IRIE, Elohim KABORE, Mohamed KONATE, and Abdoul Fessal TAPSOBA.
