Real Madrid‘s head coach, Álvaro Arbeloa, has announced that he will step down from his position next week, following a disappointing tenure. This revelation came during a press conference ahead of the La Liga Matchday 38 clash against Athletic Bilbao.
During the announcement, Arbeloa expressed his gratitude towards the fans and players, saying,

He confirmed that tomorrow’s match will be his final game as the manager of the Galácticos.
Arbeloa took over as head coach in January this year after Xabi Alonso’s departure. Under his leadership, the team played 27 matches, achieving 17 wins, 2 draws, and sustaining 8 defeats.
