FIFA has officially lifted the registration ban on new players imposed on AS Vita Club, a prominent club based in Kinshasa. The ban, which prevented the club from registering new players, was originally put in place due to a dispute involving former Mauritanian defender Sid’Ahmed Ablla.

The decision to lift the ban came through an official letter received by the club on Monday, April 27. The sanction had been imposed on March 17, following a ruling related to a breach of contract. However, this ban has been rescinded due to a settlement reached between the player and AS Vita Club.

With the lifting of the ban, AS Vita Club will now be able to register new signings ahead of the upcoming transfer window, which is an important development for the club as it seeks to strengthen its roster.
