Portuguese football star Bernardo Silva has reportedly chosen his next career destination after a successful tenure at Manchester City. The midfielder is inclined towards joining Atlético Madrid, as per Jijantes FC.
The attraction for Silva lies in the opportunity for a more significant role in Diego Simeone’s squad compared to what he might experience at FC Barcelona. He is expected to fill the position previously held by Antoine Griezmann.
Atlético Madrid has also taken steps to solidify their pursuit of Silva by enhancing the contract terms initially proposed. Meanwhile, the club has humorously stated that they are not considering or evaluating any offers for Julián Álvarez.
