Manchester United is reportedly gearing up for significant changes to its squad as the summer transfer window approaches.
According to Patrick Berger’s updates on X, the club is seriously considering the acquisition of 28-year-old Julian Ryerson, a defender for Borussia Dortmund and the Norway national team. Ryerson has emerged as a leading candidate for Manchester United, particularly if Noussair Mazraoui departs from the club.
Borussia Dortmund is open to transferring Ryerson, but has set a price of at least 30 million euros for his services. This season, Ryerson has made 42 appearances for Dortmund, contributing 18 assists to his team.
His current contract with Borussia Dortmund extends until 2028, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value at 28 million euros.
