Oliver Glasner’s departure from Crystal Palace appears increasingly likely as the club prepares for a coaching change.
Recent reports from EuroFoot, citing journalist Marcos Benito, indicate that the management has reached a consensus on Glasner’s exit and has identified his successor.
Club officials are reportedly keen on appointing 43-year-old Spanish coach Andoni Iraola as Glasner’s replacement. Iraola, currently at Bournemouth, has become a highly sought-after candidate in the Premier League.
However, Iraola’s potential move to Crystal Palace faces competition from Chelsea, who are also interested in him following the sacking of their previous coach, Liam Rosenior. As of now, it has been confirmed that Iraola will depart Bournemouth at the end of the current season after three successful years with the club.
