Galatasaray is intensifying its efforts to secure the signing of Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika from Club Brugge KV as the upcoming transfer window approaches.
The 25-year-old midfielder has one year remaining on his contract with Club Brugge and has reportedly declined to sign an extension, prompting interest from several European clubs.
As the reigning champions of the Turkish Super Lig, Galatasaray made a previous attempt to acquire Onyedika in January; however, that offer was rejected by the Belgian club. Despite this setback, the Istanbul-based side is expected to make a renewed bid to bolster their midfield capabilities.
