Carlos Queiroz has unveiled a 28-man provisional squad for Ghana as the team embarks on preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and an upcoming international friendly against Wales in Cardiff. The Black Stars officially commenced their training camp on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Dragon Park, gearing up for the friendly match scheduled for June 2.

The squad announcement comes ahead of Ghana’s final 26-man World Cup roster, which is set to be revealed on June 1. Following this, the team will head to the tournament hosted in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Ghana’s World Cup campaign will kick off against Panama on June 17 in Toronto, with subsequent matches against England in Boston and Croatia in Philadelphia.
