Genoa is reportedly interested in signing Ivorian striker Hamed Traoré, who is currently on loan from Bournemouth to Marseille for the 2025–2026 season. The 26-year-old is under contract with Bournemouth until 2028 and has emerged as a prospective target for the Italian side.

According to information from Gianluca Di Marzio, the Rossoblu are eager to bring Traoré back to Serie A as they look to enhance their squad for the upcoming season. His previous experience in the Italian league makes him an appealing candidate for the club.

Before his current loan at Marseille, Traoré played for Empoli, Sassuolo, and Napoli, making a significant impact in Italy before moving to Bournemouth in the summer of 2024.
