बोरुसिया डॉर्टमुंड ने युवा डिफेंडर बैस्टियन मेउपियो के लिए 17 मिलियन यूरो का प्रस्ताव रखा
रिकॉर्ड की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, बुंडेसलीगा क्लब बोरुसिया डॉर्टमुंड ने प्रतिभाशाली डिफेंडर बैस्टियन मेउपियो को साइन करने के लिए एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है। क्लब ने उनके लिए 17 मिलियन यूरो तक का प्रस्ताव पेश किया है।
इस प्रस्ताव में 12 मिलियन यूरो की निश्चित राशि और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर 5 मिलियन यूरो के अतिरिक्त बोनस (ऐड-ऑन्स) शामिल हैं। डॉर्टमुंड पुर्तगाल के सबसे होनहार युवा डिफेंडरों में से एक को अपनी टीम में शामिल करने की कोशिश कर रहा है।
मेउपियो को लेकर डॉर्टमुंड की रुचि नई नहीं है। क्लब इस 20 वर्षीय सेंटर-बैक पर साल की शुरुआत से ही नजर रखे हुए है, जब उनके स्काउट्स फ़ामालिको के डिफेंडर इब्राहिमा बा की भी निगरानी कर रहे थे। अब यह लंबे समय से चली आ रही रुचि ठोस बातचीत में बदल गई है, और सुपर-एजेंट जॉर्ज मेंडेस खिलाड़ी के पूरे मामले को देख रहे हैं।

Borussia Dortmund have made a significant move for highly-rated defender Bastien Meupiyou, submitting an offer worth up to €17 million, according to Record.
The proposal is understood to include €12 million guaranteed plus a further €5 million in performance-related add-ons as Dortmund attempt to secure one of Portugal’s most promising young defenders.
Dortmund’s interest in Meupiyou is not new. The Bundesliga club had already been monitoring the 20-year-old center-back earlier in the year, when scouts were also tracking Famalicao defender Ibrahima Ba.
Now, that long-standing interest appears to have evolved into concrete negotiations, with super-agent Jorge Mendes overseeing the player’s situation.
While Dortmund have taken a major step forward, they are not alone in the race. Several clubs from across Europe are reportedly following Meupiyou’s development, leaving Alverca weighing up multiple possibilities.
The ownership structure could also play a role in any deal. Alverca currently own 50% of the defender’s economic rights, while the remaining 50% are held by Wolverhampton following his move from the English club last summer.
Meupiyou enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 campaign, making 32 appearances for Alverca and establishing himself as one of the standout young defenders in Portuguese football.
The former Nantes academy product is under contract until 2028 and has also earned recognition through his nomination for the Golden Boy award.
