Kelechi Iheanacho came off the bench to score as Celtic defeated Dunfermline Athletic 3-1 in the Scottish FA Cup final, securing yet another trophy for the club. The match took place at Hampden Park, adding to Celtic’s successful season following their recent win of the Scottish Premiership title.

Celtic dominated the match early on, with goals from Daizen Maeda and Arne Engels giving the team a 2-0 lead by halftime. Iheanacho was introduced in the 58th minute, quickly extending Celtic’s lead to 3-0 with a goal just 15 minutes after his arrival.

Dunfermline Athletic managed to score in the 80th minute through Josh Cooper, providing a late consolation for the team. However, Celtic maintained control of the match to secure the victory.

This win marks Celtic’s 43rd Scottish Cup title, culminating a strong campaign under manager Martin O’Neill. This season, Iheanacho has made significant contributions, netting nine goals and providing one assist across all competitions.
