The Italian champions are looking to strengthen their midfield lineup. According to reliable journalist Ekrem Konur on his X social media page, 23-year-old Argentine defensive midfielder Maximo Perrone from Como has attracted the attention of Inter Milan.
Inter’s management views Perrone as a fitting addition due to his confident playing style and youthfulness. In addition to Inter, several top clubs, including Portuguese giants Benfica and Porto, as well as Spanish side Villarreal, are reportedly monitoring the midfielder’s progress.
This season, Perrone has made 38 appearances for Como, scoring three goals and providing four assists. His current contract with the club extends until 2029, with his transfer value estimated at €30 million by Transfermarkt.
