Tottenham Hotspur is poised to make a significant profit this summer as they prepare for a potential goalkeeper transfer. The club is actively seeking a replacement for their first-choice goalkeeper, Gianluca Vicario.
According to noted journalist Graeme Bailey on his X social media page, AC Milan’s Inter has reached an agreement with Vicario, 29, for a transfer during the upcoming summer window. It is reported that personal terms between Vicario and Inter have already been settled.
Tottenham is reportedly willing to support the move, regardless of whether they maintain their Premier League status. While the exact transfer fee has yet to be disclosed, the club has begun looking for a replacement for the Italian shot-stopper.
This season, Vicario has made 43 appearances for Tottenham, conceding 65 goals and achieving 13 clean sheets. His current contract runs until 2028, with Transfermarkt estimating his market value at €23 million.
