Juventus is exploring the option of signing Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario as they seek to strengthen their goalkeeping lineup.
Details: The Turin-based club’s negotiations for their primary target, Aston Villa’s Emiliano Martínez, have hit a standstill, prompting them to consider the 29-year-old Vicario instead.
Vicario had a notable performance last season with Tottenham, where he appeared in 43 matches across all competitions, conceding 65 goals and achieving 13 clean sheets.
In parallel, the future of Juventus’ current goalkeeper, Michele Di Gregorio, is uncertain. Reports indicate interest from two Serie A clubs as well as two Premier League teams regarding the 28-year-old keeper.
