Liverpool FC has officially bolstered its attacking lineup by securing the signing of 23-year-old Osasuna winger Victor Muñoz. The announcement was made through the club’s official X page, revealing that the transfer fee amounts to €40 million.
Of the total fee, €20 million will go to Real Madrid, the club that developed Muñoz and retains 50% ownership of his rights. His contract with Liverpool will extend until 2030, pending successful acquisition of a work permit in England.
This past season, Muñoz made a significant impact at Osasuna, featuring in 37 matches where he netted 7 goals and provided 5 assists. His market value is reported to be around €30 million, according to Transfermarkt.
