Liverpool Football Club is making moves to secure the future of their experienced goalkeeper, Alisson Becker. The 33-year-old shot-stopper has reportedly been offered a new contract by the club, indicating their desire to keep him for at least another season.
According to reputable journalist Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool’s management is in discussions with Alisson regarding the contract extension. However, the goalkeeper is also in talks with Juventus, who have presented a more lucrative and long-term offer.
Since joining Liverpool in 2018 from Roma for €72.5 million, Alisson has been a key player for the club. His current contract is set to expire in the summer of 2027, and he has a market value of approximately €17 million, as per Transfermarkt.
