The report suggests the club has a strong chance of signing the 25-year-old for €86 million. Semenyo is seen as a possible replacement for Mohamed Salah, who has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia for some time. It is also mentioned that Liverpool’s sporting director, Richard Hughes, is a great admirer of the player.
This season, the forward has appeared in seven English Premier League matches, where he has scored six goals and provided three assists. Semenyo’s current contract with Bournemouth is set to run until 2030.
