The English Premier League transfer market is abuzz with developments from Merseyside. French centre-back Ibrahima Konaté is set to leave Liverpool this coming summer, according to insider Nicolò Schira.
Reports indicate that Liverpool and Konaté will not renew his current contract. As a result, the 27-year-old defender will enter the market as a free agent, allowing him to join any club without any compensation owed to Liverpool.
Since joining Liverpool in the summer of 2021, Konaté has made a total of 183 appearances, netting 7 goals and providing 4 assists during his tenure with the team.
