Interim manager Badra Alou Diallo has announced the call-up of several domestic-based players for the Malian national team. As the Eagles prepare for the June 2026 FIFA international break, they are set to face Iran in a friendly match.
The match is scheduled for June 4, 2026, in Antalya, Turkey. Diallo’s squad list includes notable players from the domestic league, such as Mohamed Lamine Sissoko from Djoliba AC, Sekou Maiga of Binga FC, and Issa Djiguiba from AS Réal de Bamako.
The training camp for the Mali Eagles will officially commence on May 31 in Antalya.
