Manchester City is set to retain their winger, Jérémy Doku, with an official announcement regarding a contract extension expected soon.
Renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano shared on his X social media page that the club’s management has successfully negotiated a contract extension with the 24-year-old left winger. The new deal is reported to be a five-year agreement with improved financial terms.
Both parties have reportedly reached a verbal agreement, signaling Doku’s readiness to commit to the club for the extended period. Last season, he made 47 appearances for Manchester City, scoring eight goals and providing 14 assists.
According to Transfermarkt, Jérémy Doku’s market value is currently estimated at €75 million, and his existing contract is valid until 2028.
